No. Due to the new law that was passed in 2019, we are able to evaluate and treat patients up to 10 days consecutively without a doctors order.  If more therapy is needed following the 10 days, a physicians order will be needed

Yes! Most of my patients receiving physical therapy are between the ages of 30-100+

Payments are due prior to being seen by clinician by either cash, Zelle quick pay, or credit.

You must give clinician 24 hrs notice prior to cancelation.  If you do not contact C the Movement within that time frame, you will be charged $30.

No, we currently are only excepting out of pocket payment. If you do have Medicare, there are a few extra steps and papers for you to sign prior to having any physical therapy treatment 

Yes! I mostly serve DFW area and surrounding cities. I am willing to travel further with a given request in a timely manner . There also will be an increase in charge depending on the distance of the destination

I will give you tips on how to improve deficiencies following each screening and evaluation. You will not receive any "physical therapy". The screenings are to provide information on strengths, weaknesses and risks for injury.
